Participating members will need to nominate their preference of either 1 to 5 from the mouth watering menu listed below for each person who books. Please either inform Avan (avan_sunseekers@hotmail.com ) or the VLIM’s at the time of booking.
All who wish to attend should purchase their tickets early to ensure inclusion. Tickets will only be sold to Sunseekers members, their guests and family up to Friday the 10th of August, and then any remaining tickets will be offered to non members.
As previously advised, the event is being held on Saturday the 8th of September at a cost of $60 for the full tour and $50 for the half tour. (There are only 12 seats on the half tour.)

1. Black Angus Steak Sandwich
Grain fed Black Angus steak, marinated in BBQ, Jack Daniels and Cola, complimented with bacon, smoky American cheese, onion marmalade, roasted beetroot aioli, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and served with a few chips
2. Creamy Garlic Prawns (GF)
Creamy garlic prawns served with rice and a salad garnish
3. Fish and Chips (Red Emperor)
James Squire Golden Ale battered fish and chips, served with tartare sauce and a salad garnish
4. Barramundi (GF)
Pan grilled barramundi, seasonal vegetables with roasted almond butter, roasted baby potato, served with white wine caper reduction
5. Chicken Parmi
Freshly crumbed free range chicken breast, topped with house made napolitana sauce, mortadella ham and mozzarella cheese, served with chips and a salad garnish
